I've been a few...Congrats on your CrossFitting! I've been a few times (I mostly run), and it really makes you feel very strong and powerful. It's so much different than using the 3 and 5 lb weights in classes like BodyPump that gyms have, and even though the workouts are short, they are so intense you feel like you've worked out for an hour! <br /><br />Oh and I was the same way with the beginner workouts... when I went, I said I could do the beginner one but then saw someone else doing the more advanced ones and just decided to do them to push myself.
